This beautiful tank overlay is slip-on and completely washable.  The tank top is a crisp white satin and is adorned with a lovely Venice lace applique and heart shaped rhinestone bead.  The hankie skirt is spring green.

As the worshiper moves in this gorgeous garment the skirt has a nice flow.  The picture is a close-up of Venice lace with heart rhinestone in the center.
