POMEGRANATE BOOKMARK
The Fruit of the Bride
...your temples behind your veil, are like a piece of pomegranate. Song of Solomon 4:3
In this beautiful passage of scripture (SOS 4:3), the bride is compared to a pomegranate hidden behind her veil. The pomegranate, with its rich color and abundance of seeds, symbolizes beauty, fruitfulness, life, and abundance. Hidden behind the veil, it speaks of an inner beauty that is not merely outward, but flows from a heart devoted to the Beloved.
The temples represent the mind, thoughts, and inward character. Just as the pomegranate is filled with countless seeds, the believer's life is meant to be filled with the fruit of the Spirit, godly wisdom, and a heart that treasures the things of God. The veil suggests humility, modesty, and the sacred place of intimacy with the LORD, where true beauty is cultivated.
Yah (God) looks beyond outward appearance and delights in the beauty that is formed within us through love, obedience, and fellowship with Him. As we draw near to the Bridegroom, Yeshua, our lives become fruitful and radiant, reflecting His nature and His glory.

Artistic rendition of the 613 seeds
Let the pomegranate serve as a reminder that a heart surrendered to Yah (God) produces an abundance of spiritual fruit (seeds), bringing honor to the King and blessing to those around us.
