DRIED RED ROSE PETALS: Fragrant, organza bag

DIY!  These fragrant red rose petals are perfect to make your own rose oil blend.

Here's how to make your own infused Rose Petal Oil

Find a small glass jar with a tight fitting lid.  Crush the petals slightly and then empty the packet of dried rose petals into the jar leaving a 1/2" or so space at the top.  Next, fill the jar with a light oil.  Jojoba is the best choice but a light olive oil or almond oil are fine.  Be sure to date and label your Rose Oil jar and store in a cool dark place.  Mix the oil several times a week, just tip the jar upside down a few times.

For best results; let the Rose Petals infuse in the oil of your choice for 2 months or more.  The oil can be strained with a cheese cloth to remove the petals, this is an optional step.  Why not add this nourishing oil as a nighttime beauty regimen?  You'll be glad you did!
