To use: Before showering or bathing, brush dry skin with long sweeping strokes. Start at your feet and ankles, brushing upwards. Brush from your hands towards the shoulders and brush up from the torso to your chest. The angled handle will help you guide the bristles and control your brush strokes. Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil to a soapy brush and enjoy the healing benefits.
